Quality Assurance
We help behavioral health and home health agencies build and maintain the internal systems, policies, and documentation they need to stay compliant and audit-ready.
Why most agencies fall short
Most behavioral health agencies have some version of a policy manual. The problem is usually not that the policies do not exist — it is that they are outdated, incomplete, or were copied from a template that does not reflect your actual practice, your funding streams, or your accreditation standards. When a surveyor or auditor asks to see your P&Ps, what they find tells them everything about how seriously you take compliance.

A straightforward process
Step 1 — We review what you have.
We audit your existing P&Ps against the standards you are accountable to — CARF, NC Medicaid 8C, or your state license requirements.
Step 2 — We write what you need.
We develop new policies and revise existing ones to close every gap. You are involved in review — but we do the writing.
Step 3 — We make sure it sticks.
We do not just hand you a binder. We walk your team through the key policies and make sure they know how to apply them.
Policy and procedure development is billed at $150–200 per hour depending on scope. Flat-rate pricing is available for defined projects. P&P development is also included in our Advisory and Comprehensive CARF packages.
Policies written by someone who has enforced them.
Nakina spent years as a QA director reviewing other agencies' policy manuals — and she knows exactly what reviewers look for and what makes a manual fall apart under scrutiny. Every policy she writes is designed to hold up.
